Legal, in plain words.

1.1Who is responsible

Camilo Andrés Leguizamo Henao, NIT 79707627-0, who works under the Cami ALH Coach brand. Professional Sports Training Technician, professional license #TE-157783, specialized in Endurance Sports, Triathlon, Half and Long Distance. Based in Santa Marta, Magdalena, Colombia. 1.2What we collect

The site has no accounts and does not track you. The data comes from you, when you write, book, stay or train with me.

Contact and identity data: name, ID or passport, nationality, email and phone, when you book a session or a stay.

Health data: before your first session I ask for a health questionnaire (PAR-Q), an informed consent and your electronic signature.

Training data, if you train with me online: sessions, heart rate, pace and how you feel.

Photos and videos of you, only if you authorize it (see Terms).

1.3What we use it for

To run your session, your stay or your training plan; to look after your safety and get you help in an emergency; to answer you; and to meet the legal duties of a lodging business, such as the guest register and, for foreign guests, the report to Migración Colombia.

I don’t send you advertising unless you ask for it.

1.4Health information

Health data are sensitive data. You are not required to share them or to authorize their use. They are, however, a safety requirement: without the PAR-Q and the informed consent I can’t lead you on a session.

Only the coach sees them. They are used only for your training and your safety, and are never shared with third parties, except with emergency services if you need help or with an authority that requests them under the law.

1.5Minors

Sessions and the stay are for adults. A minor can only take part with the authorization and presence of a parent or legal guardian.

1.6Who else handles your data

WhatsApp, Airbnb, Google (email), Lemon Squeezy, Hotmart and Gumroad handle messages, bookings and payments under their own privacy policies. Some of them store data outside Colombia, for example in the United States or the European Union.

We never sell or rent your personal information.

1.7How long we keep it

For as long as I provide you a service, and afterwards only for the time the law requires or a claim needs. Then it is deleted.

1.8Your rights

You can know, update and correct your data; ask for proof of your authorization; ask how it is used; withdraw your authorization or ask for deletion when no legal duty requires keeping it; and file a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) after first raising it with me. Access is free.

Write to camialhcoach@gmail.com with your name, ID and request. Questions are answered within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days, as set by Colombian law (Ley 1581 de 2012). If you live in the EU or California, you also have the rights granted by GDPR and CCPA.

1.9Changes

This policy is in force from October 8, 2026. Any change will be published on this page with its date.

2.1No tracking

This site does not set its own cookies and does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics. That is why it never asks you to accept a cookie banner.

2.2Offline pages

Like an app, the site keeps a copy of the pages you visit on your device, so a route still opens where there is no signal. That copy holds no personal data, stays only on your phone or computer, and you can delete it from your browser settings.

2.3Server logs

The company that hosts the site records basic technical data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running. We don’t use them to profile you.

2.4Other sites

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Airbnb and the PDF stores open in a new window, and those sites use their own cookies.

2.5If this changes

If analytics are ever added, it will be announced here and you will be asked for permission first.

3.1Who provides the service

Camilo Andrés Leguizamo Henao, NIT 79707627-0, under the Cami ALH Coach brand, Santa Marta, Colombia. To book you must be 18 or older.

3.2Coached training sessions

Experiences are training sessions led by a certified coach. They are not sightseeing tours, and no tour-guiding service is provided.

Before your session you fill a health questionnaire (PAR-Q) and sign an informed consent. Your answers must be truthful. If you have a medical condition, you must present a current medical certificate that clears you for high-impact sports.

Outdoor training carries inherent risks: heat, uneven terrain, falls, sea and wildlife. By booking you accept them, and you agree to follow the coach’s instructions and bring the gear and hydration asked for. This does not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

3.3Changes for safety

The coach may change the route, shorten the session or stop it if he sees a risk to the safety of the athlete, the group or himself, whether because of the weather, changes in the natural environment or security conditions.

If the session can’t start for those reasons, it is rescheduled or refunded (on Airbnb, under Airbnb’s rules). If it has to be stopped once started, or if the athlete ignores safety instructions or gave false health information, the session is not refunded. Amounts paid to third parties, such as lodging or transport, are not covered.

3.4Bookings and cancellations

If you booked on Airbnb, everything happens on Airbnb: payment, messages, changes, cancellations and refunds follow Airbnb’s terms and cancellation policy. I never ask Airbnb guests to pay outside the platform.

Bookings made directly are confirmed by WhatsApp, with the price and cancellation terms written in that conversation, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under Colombian law (Ley 1480 de 2011).

3.5Stay with a coach

The lodging is registered in the National Tourism Registry under RNT 301466. House rules are shared when you book. As the law requires, every guest shows an ID or passport at check-in, and foreign guests are reported to Migración Colombia.

Under article 17 of Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009, the sexual exploitation and abuse of minors in Colombia is punished under criminal and administrative law.

3.6Trainer Brain (PDF)

You get a personal, non-transferable license. Sharing, reselling or publishing the PDF or its prompts is not allowed.

It is an educational tool, not medical advice. Refunds follow the policy of the store where you bought it, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.

3.7Online coaching

Plans are monthly and paid in advance. You can stop at the end of any month. If you paid and the plan hasn’t started yet, you can cancel within 5 business days and get your money back.

Training plans are personal and non-transferable: they follow the core principles of sports training, adjusted to each athlete’s physical condition, and may not be shared. They are not medical advice.

3.8Photos, videos and content

Photos and videos where you can be recognized are only used to promote the stay and the experiences, on this site and on the Cami ALH Coach social media, if you authorize it in the informed consent. Nobody is named or tagged. You can withdraw that authorization at any time and future use stops.

Texts, photos, route data and the Cami ALH Coach brand belong to Cami ALH Coach. Please ask before using them.

3.9Applicable law
